The name echoes that of the record label founded by Caterina Caselli in 1977 and reflects the consistency with which, for nearly a century, we have pursued the same goal: to seek out talent wherever it may be.

Ascolto aims to reach emerging voices without waiting for them—or expecting them—to make their way to the ears of major cities and the industry based there.

We are therefore launching a nationwide open call aimed at emerging artists and bands over the age of 18, with no active recording or publishing contracts, who would like to share their music with us.
