Altea (stage name of Altea Memmi, born 1998) is a singer and songwriter from Salento. Raised between her father’s Taranta - he is the founder of the band Alla Bua - and her mother’s spiritual yoga practice, she blends ritual and meditation, rhythm and silence in her music.

During the pandemic, she began posting guitar-and-vocal videos online and in 2022 released her first EP, "Non ti scordar di me". In the following years, she developed a constantly evolving live show, an immersive experience rather than a simple performance. In 2025, after various collaborations with artists from the Italian indie scene, she joined Sugar Music and released her new single, "alto il mento", followed by the EP "Nessuna".
