BAIS is the second surname of Luca Zambelli, a singer-songwriter and composer from Veneto who is the turn of a brand new indie school, made up of sunny and alternative, even lysergic, sounds, combined with intimate and personal lyrics. His debut EP was released in 2020, followed by the two record projects “Diviso due” (2022) and “DISCO DUE” (2023) published by Sugar: a two-part journey in which Bais analyses himself and becomes freer and more mature. A former contestant of Sanremo Giovani in 2021, he has collaborated with artists such as Galeffi (‘Venezia’), and Mecna (for whom he was co-author of some tracks on the last album ‘Stupido Amore’ and the single “Un altro universo”, but above all took part in the song with over 2 million streams “Lo dovevi fare con me”). In April 2025, his latest album “Radical Pop” was released, preceded by the singles “2024”, “Serpenti”, and “Parole piccole”. Combining introspection and spontaneity, Luca Bais defines himself as one of the leading faces of the new experimental indie school.
