Ruben Manupelli aka Dr. Cream is a producer from Rome and the longtime collaborator of Quentin40. He has worked with Achille Lauro, Noyz Narcos, Gemitaiz, Fabri Fibra and Rasty Kilo, producing songs such as “Bomber Ve,” “Luna piè”,  “Thoiry,” and its double platinum “Thoiry Remix,” which has over 50 million streams.
